2. Product and contract

Your Dog Is Not Stubborn is English-language digital content supplied without a tangible medium. One purchase includes the complete 179-page full-quality PDF, an identical screen-friendly PDF, the workbook, and reusable worksheets. The product page and checkout summary form part of the contract.

The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms payment. No Tromplo account or subscription is created, and the purchase does not renew automatically.

3. Payment and delivery

Payment is completed through Stripe Checkout using the payment methods Stripe makes available, including card and PayPal. For Your Dog Is Not Stubborn, the customer pays a final total of US$49. Applicable tax is included within that amount; Tromplo Books does not add delivery or subscription charges. The customer's bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or account fees.

Delivery begins immediately after Stripe confirms payment. The purchasing browser receives private access to both PDFs, and a transactional email is sent to the checkout email address with a private recovery link. Browser and email recovery access expires after 30 days and is subject to a reasonable download-attempt limit. Files already saved to the customer's device do not expire.

4. Immediate delivery and withdrawal

Before continuing to Stripe, the customer must expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content before the statutory withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost once delivery begins. The delivery email confirms the contract, receipt of that consent, and the start of delivery on a durable medium.

This does not limit statutory rights where the digital content is not supplied, is defective, or does not conform to the contract.

5. Personal-use licence

A purchase grants one person a non-transferable licence to download, read, print one copy, and annotate the files for personal or professional reference. The files may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded, shared, reproduced for a group, course, membership, or public resource, or used to train an AI system without written permission.

6. Complaints and conformity

If the files are missing, damaged, inaccessible, or otherwise do not conform to the contract, email contact@tromplo.com or write to the seller's postal address. Include the order reference, the nature and date of the problem, the requested remedy, and contact details. Do not include card or PayPal credentials.

The seller will respond to a consumer complaint within 14 days of receipt. Available remedies and time limits follow applicable consumer law; these terms do not exclude or reduce mandatory consumer rights.

7. Technical requirements

The customer needs internet access, a current web browser with JavaScript and secure cookies enabled, a working email address, sufficient storage, and software capable of opening PDF files. Stripe Checkout may impose additional browser or authentication requirements. The files do not contain digital rights management, but delivery links are access-controlled and limited.

8. Intellectual property and educational scope

The text, photographs, illustrations, diagrams, design, and downloadable files are protected by copyright. Rights not expressly granted are reserved. The books provide general educational information and are not a veterinary diagnosis, individualized treatment plan, legal opinion, or substitute for an appropriately qualified professional.

9. Applicable law and consumer assistance

Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. Consumers may seek assistance from a competent consumer ombudsman or use available out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. Polish information is available at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl.
